Sellers on MountVerdi set their own shipping and returns policies as part of their vendor store. Customers should take note of the shipping and returns policy for each Seller they purchase goods from.
In the absence of any specific vendor shipping and returns policies the following will apply:
Customer will receive an email notification once an order has been dispatched. If the chosen delivery method is a tracked service a unique tracking code will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
Seller agrees to process and ship all Customer orders within one (1) business day in accordance with Customer’s designated method of shipping. Customers must make sure the address details supplied at the time of the order are relevant and correct.
Changes to your order
Customers can make changes to their order up until the order is dispatched. In order to make changes Customers must contact MountVerdi number.
Lost or undelivered order
If a Customer's order is returned to sender due to incorrect delivery information supplied by the Customer or the package was undeliverable through no fault of the seller then charges may be applied for redelivery cost.
Customers should contact Mount Verdi email@example.com if an order has not been delivered within the stated delivery times. We will investigate and where needed resend your order. We will contact you via email if we are aware of any delivery delays.
Customers can cancel orders free of charge until the order has been dispatched.

firstname.lastname@example.org quoting the order number and your payment will be refunded direct by the Seller.
Customers may return an order within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be unopened and sealed. Returns should be sent direct to the Seller to discuss a return email@example.com quoting your order number.
